• Arrival by Train

The Hildesheim station can be reached by ICE, S-Bahn and regional train. From there, you can comfortably take the paid festival shuttle from the station square to the festival grounds (stop "An der Scharlake"). Please pay attention to the signs on site.

Please use only the NUNAV app (Download: iOS/Google) to find your way to the festival! Simply select your ticket type or mode of transport, and NUNAV will guide you exactly where you need to go. Traffic conditions, road closures and individual access permissions are taken into account, and the best route is calculated for you.

Parking and camping are separate. The Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply throughout the festival site. Parking spaces will be assigned; please follow the instructions of the traffic service at all times. It is important for the benefit of all guests to leave the access roads quickly. Please note that the parking areas are not supervised. All types of trailers attached to cars are not allowed on the campsite and must be parked in the car park.

Parking is only possible with a parking ticket! Tickets cost €10 in advance. You can order the ticket here. On site, a parking ticket costs €20. Be sure to buy the ticket in advance to save time and money!

Guests with a motorcycle may use the motorhome area free of charge.

    Drop-off / Pick-up:

Drop-off and pick-up take place in the designated strip at the corner of "Am Flugplatz" and "Hottelner Weg". This area can also be found on the site map.

  • Caravan

    Arrival

The Caravan campsite opens at 7:00 AM on Friday morning. Please have your Caravan ticket ready. Only guests with a valid Caravan ticket will be granted access to the area, and having it ready will help avoid delays at the entrance.

Please follow the designated traffic routing to the site. If you have a Caravan ticket, you will be directed via the Lerchenkamp roundabout. This is the fastest way to reach your allocated area and helps reduce traffic congestion.

Please also pay attention to the on-site signage and follow the directions to ensure the smoothest possible arrival.

    Please note!

At this point, a special warning to guests with so-called “modified vehicles”: your modified vehicles often cause not only major traffic jams – the modifications can also have insurance, driving licence, registration, or tax-related consequences. Specifically, this means: Your vehicle must be road-legal! If your vehicle is not approved for road use, you will not even reach the site, as the police will stop and immobilise you. So please ensure that all necessary approvals are in place, and then your arrival and departure will be relaxed.

Please Do Not Arrive Too Early!

In recent years, we've noticed that many of you have chosen to arrive earlier than the official opening time—sometimes much earlier. Early arrivals lead to overcrowded roads, traffic disruptions, and a large number of complaints from the City of Hildesheim. This not only creates significant challenges for our team and staff but also results in substantial additional costs.

If a high number of early arrivals forces us to open the motorhome camping areas ahead of schedule in order to prevent disruption to public traffic, a minimum penalty of €200 per vehicle will apply. Alternatively, the vehicle must immediately leave the traffic management area surrounding the festival grounds.

Guests who have registered for the Special Needs area must adhere to the designated check-in times (see the Special Needs section). We are unable to guarantee the required infrastructure and services for Special Needs guests before the official check-in period.
